We’ll be pitching up at the UK’s most creative craft markets throughout 2009. The curators of each craft fair support and promote the talented designer-makers in their local area who champion the handmade ethos and independent spirit. We look forward to joining each merry band for ONE DAY only. All our products sold at these ace Craft Markets will be lovingly handmade in the Superette Studio, London. We also look forward to launching new collections at the Spring Fling in Sheffield and Made in the Shade in Glasgow.
With a nostalgic nod back to our days at Portobello Market, we’ll be reworking and recycling a treasure trove of thrifty finds to go on sale at Vintage Fairs across the UK. Many designs will be one of a kind! Plus a HUGE selection of Jazzy Brooches, gold filled Love Tokens and all the snazzy jewellery we source from Paris.
We’ll be clearing out stocks from the depths of our basement and piling ‘em high and selling ‘em cheap at jumble sales across the capital. Goodies will include seasonal clearance, samples, slightly imperfect seconds plus odds ‘n’ ends of materials and trimmings. Our pub jumble locations are the Amersham Arms in New Cross and The Old Blue Last in Shoreditch. Both venues will be stuffed to the brim of creative lads and lasses having a super clear out to the sounds of quirky DJs with cakes n’all. Get ready for a rummage!
When summer arrives it’s our chance to let our hair down, put the jewellery biz to one side and have a good old fashioned day of fun ‘n’ games ‘n’ prizes galore!
We’ll be hosting many a super fun D.I.Y circle at our events throughout 2009. Check event listings for details.
