What an amazing response, thanks you guys! Hearing all your Lady Luck stories and how much you love your jewellery made me beam with pride. I loved the 7UP earring and waiter story and I hope the revision girlies got through the night. You have also spurred me on to add two new items today - the Hully Gully Guitar earrings and necklace and the Zips a Go-Go stud earrings. Have a fun friday night, I'm off to meet the girl behind Cafe Monday to talk about stocking my products on her site, wish me luck!

hi there,
must say i love your website, i've been looking at it for ages but not made a purchase yet, lack of funds you know! :(
anyway, what i would like to know is, are all your pieces of jewellery one-offs? i'm guessing not, since i see a 'quantity' box at the bottom of the page. but specifically the things like charm bracelets, would, say, each Dancer Dolly bracelet be exactly the same as the next? are the charms manufactured for you? if not, how do you manage to get lots of the same charm?
how does it work, i'm curious ;)
thanks in advance! :D

Hey Vicky,
Glad you like the site : ) and I guess the overall answer to your question is it's all a bit of a mixture really. I do have my own charms manufactured (lollys, heart sunglasses, sneakers etc) but I also spend lots of time sourcing deadstock. Deadstock is unworn jewellery that was made but not sold in the 70s/80s. These pieces tend to turn up in large quantities so I can make multiples of designs which is great because I have such a large customer base now. If i do find amazing vintage charms then they tend to go towards "one-off" pieces and this will be stated next to the style.
I hope that explains a little about how it all works! Leona xx

ahh i see, very interesting! thank you! :D and keep up the good work! xx

omg i love both of them! problem is, which one do I buy first??? :S
