An item I like is out of stock or no longer on the website, will you be getting anymore?
To keep our products fresh and unique we tend to manufacture our designs in limited edition quantities. We also enjoy producing jewellery using unusual end of line craft supplies, hard to find materials and “deadstock” components from all around the world. Many of the other accessories sold on the website are also unworn, deadstock finds. Therefore we are never exactly sure if we can reproduce or restock a sold out item. If you would like further information about a specific item on the site, please e-mail us with the name of the item you are interested in as the subject of the e-mail. We will then get back to you as soon as we can with as much information as possible. Unfortunately some items are discontinued and removed from the site altogether so we advise you to get your order in as soon as possible if you see something you like to avoid any disappointment.

Do you have a catalogue?
No, Lady Luck Rules OK does not print a catalogue. New products are added to the site on a regular basis, so you need to visit our website regularly to keep updated with all the latest products. Joining our mailing list is also a great way to keep yourself in the know with all our latest goodies. Click here to sign up!

Do you have a shop?
Yes! It’s our studio combined with a shop called Superette. We are located at 66a Sclater street, London E1 6HR (the nearest tube is Liverpool Street Station on the Central line) and our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 12 noon till 7pm. How do your gift vouchers work?
Very simply you email it to the lucky receiver when you're ready. You get the glory! There are no paper vouchers to lose or get destroyed in the wash and your friend can shop whenever they choose and buy exactly what they want!

Follow these easy steps -

1. Choose a value of gift voucher and quantity then click “buy me”.
2. After checking out a message appears on the success screen prompting you to send the gift voucher. If you’re not ready to, just log out of your account and the voucher will stay in your cart until you’re ready to send it.
3. When you’re ready, click the “send to a friend” message in the left hand navigation bar to visit the “send a gift voucher” page. You can then enter in your own special message, the recipients name and e-mail address and hit “send”.

Please note the lucky receiver must have a Lady Luck Rules OK account so they can accept the gift voucher into their shopping cart so they can spend! Spend! Spend! If they don’t have an account they will be prompted to open one...
